At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
